"The Inca necklace"

It reinterprets the ceremonial ornaments of the Andean world using a contemporary textile language. The work is inspired by the pectorals and metal ornaments used by the elites of the Tawantinsuyo, symbols of authority, protection, and connection to the sacred. The piece invites reflection on ornamentation as a bearer of identity and memory.

More than a simple decorative object, the necklace is presented as an emblem of spiritual power and cultural continuity, where territory, history, and material intertwine in a single form.
